I’m pleased to lend my voice and expertise to show a “latte” support for mental health awareness this month. The Creative Cafe @ Replica (3711 Market Street) has partnered with Lifesavers University to host a screening of “To Save a Life” a film exploring how lives can be saved just by lending an ear to those who are hurting.
After this I will be sitting on a panel discussing mental health and mindfulness.
This is free and open to the public — join us! November 13, 5:30 to 8pm.
Throughout the month of November, the Lifesavers Latte can be purchased for $2 at The Creative Cafe. With each drink sold, $1 will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) – the leading national not-for-profit organization dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research, education and advocacy, and to reaching out to people with mental disorders and those impacted by suicide.
