There are people who come into your life at exactly the right moment—when the soul is seeking, when the heart is aching for truth, and when the spirit is ready to awaken. For me, that person was Pax Tandon.
Pax entered my life at a pivotal crossroads—when I was questioning not only my career path, but my deeper purpose in life. Her presence created a sacred, safe space where I could begin to explore my inner world without judgment. She guided me gently but powerfully, offering wisdom that not only ignited my spiritual awakening but gave me the courage to be honest with myself about what I truly wanted out of life.
Through her mentorship, I’ve been able to reconnect with parts of myself I had long buried. She helped me see that growth doesn’t always come in loud revelations—but often in quiet moments of truth, in the stillness where we hear our soul speak. Her insights have shaped how I lead, how I show up in the world, and how I serve others through my own purpose-driven work.
Professionally, spiritually, and personally—Pax has been a catalyst for transformation. I am forever grateful for her guidance, her light, and her unwavering belief in the power of mindful living.
Thank you, Pax, for helping me remember who I am.

I hired Pax for Executive Coaching and to unblock things that were keeping me from reaching my full potential.
Her training in positive psychology and brilliance came shining through. Pax is smart, insightful, and focused. She came to our sessions complete with tasks for me to do to figure out my next steps which were very helpful. She is also extremely knowledgeable about healthy eating, sleeping, exercise, and other health-related issues.
Pax is an amazing life coach and career guide, and can help any client achieve their most important goals.

I’ve had the great honor of working with Pax for a little less than a year now. As fortune would have it, I met her during a rough transitionary period in my life, and I will always thank Pax — and specifically Pax — for getting me through it. I’ve had many therapists throughout my life, but Pax is in a league of her own. I love how she blends mindfulness with her therapy, but in a very practical way. It adds an extra layer of support, comfort, and understanding to her approach. When I met her, I was in a very angry place. I felt stuck and that nothing could help me through it. Thank goodness I met her when I did, because my sessions with Pax quickly called my bluff. Indeed, there was someone out there who could help me, and it was Pax. Pax has an amazing way of connecting, keeping it real, and being down to earth while simultaneously being a professional whom I could feel confident in looking up to. Our sessions have been full of both revelations and laughter. My life has done a complete 180 since I met Pax, and it is her who I have to thank for the positive change. Finally, I would like to specifically encourage people who feel like “therapy isn’t for me” or “I can’t seem to find the right therapist” to connect with Pax, because she is so far above and beyond what your average therapist delivers. Pax, thank you for your support and for helping me change my life. I will forever be grateful for you and your services!
