My Approach is Holistic

With a holistic approach that focuses on your mind, body and soul, I help clients learn to thrive.

I’m an Ivy League-trained author, producer, mindfulness teacher, positive psychology expert, and wellness coach. Positive psychology takes the approach that our strengths and virtues enable us to thrive as individuals and communities. This is the same theory that I base my coaching practice on, using Mindfulness practices as a foundation upon which we layer all other beneficial skills and tools. I am certified in Mindfulness, Positive Psychology Coaching, Yoga and Past Life Regression Therapy.

I’m Passionate about Helping Teens

I work with clients of all demographics, but I’m especially passionate about helping teens between 14 and 18 years old. These are some of the toughest years of our lives.

I know this because I sank into a deep depression at 14. I feel strongly that had there been a coach or other adult offering the coaching and support I do now, my life would have been dramatically different.
