Mindfulness is a must. Pax Tandon knows how to make it easy. After attending her Mindfulness Meetup I seriously started thinking differently. I began taking time to absorb the experience I’m in and be in that moment. One activity in particular really stuck with me. It was when we each were to eat a piece of fruit slowly and mindfully — so really feel the texture and taste the different bursts of flavor. Led by Pax’s calm and knowledgeable voice, I got to really taste and savor the fruit. It made me realize that there are so many moments in a day that go by without really being savored due to thoughts elsewhere.
